Who is the Global Goddess
Empowering women and the idea of femininity is essential for building a whole society. Historically, women have been oppressed, denied equal opportunities, and relegated to secondary roles in communities, which of course often results in imbalances of power and inequality that still persists today in many cultures.
Empowering women means giving them the tools, resources, and opportunities they need to succeed and reach their full potential. This includes access to education, healthcare, employment, and equal pay. It also means addressing cultural attitudes and biases that perpetuate gender inequality. This idea is what inspires me to mentor and collaborate with women all around the world. Most prominently in my life are the incredible Quechua artisans that are our partners for Andeana Hats.
When we empower women and embrace femininity, we create a more compassionate world. Women, just as often as men, contribute their unique perspectives and talents to all areas of society, from politics and business to the arts and sciences. It's been with this idea in the back of my head that I created the "Global Goddess Shoot" - an incredible journey of an insanely fun release of your “Inner Goddess” with a couture, all day shoot with me that includes multiple wardrobe changes, adventurous locales, and potentially being pushed to the edge of your comfort zone all for the sake of creating epic imagery that will last forever! I'm finding that it's a perfect gift to yourself for the heck of it, or even loved ones for milestone birthdays, anniversaries, and important life occasions. But at the end of the day - who is the Global Goddess? It's up to us to decide, but I know that she is within each and every feminine soul.
